God and man

Our relationship with God has the same rules that we use in our lives. The logic behind it is the same. We emphasize: It doesn't have to be difficult, but the logic must be right. Below are a few examples of our lives with a simple comparison to the rules of God.

Faith and logic

Faith is what your heart wants and logic is what your mind accepts. They do not always go together and that is why religion is called "faith."

God has given people brains and hearts and they should use them both well together. An example, if your son loves chocolate and wants to eat nothing but chocolate. Can he do that? No, because you love him and because you know that it is unhealthy, you will not accept that. So despite your love, you have not set your mind aside.

Someone wants to become a doctor but he does not like books and does not want to study. Can he achieve his goal by following his heart and without following his mind?

It is unacceptable that someone claims something illogical and then ask you to believe him. That is equivalent to asking you to give up your value as a human. God has given us the eyes, ears, hands, legs, teeth, tongue and much more and He always expects us to use these favours well, and certainly our brains.

The logical rule: Use your brain and other favours from God in the right way and so you thank Him for those favours.

Yes, but God himself is illogical

Claiming that God once did illogical deed is an insult. Therefore, believing in God no longer makes sense. If you believe that God has punished an innocent man instead of a guilty one, what assurance do you have in the future? Maybe God does that again. Maybe He throws you into hell instead of others! Why not?

If God has ever regretted something, is it possible that He will change his mind later? Perhaps on the Day of Judgment you will hear other demands to be allowed to enter paradise, or not?

The logical rule: We see that everything that God has created is perfect and has been arranged sensibly. That is a proof that His actions are always logical and wise. God doesn’t do illogical deeds; not in the past, not now and certainly not in the future.

Paradise and hell?

There was evidence on this site that God exists. Where are the proofs and facts of the existence of the Day of Judgment, paradise and hell?

If someone claims that the tax law has been changed, he must first prove that his words are true. If he showed us that the new law is on the website of the Tax Authorities or on the government website, that would be enough. He is then not responsible for the content of the new law. Everyone must read and follow the law themselves.

We have shown you that the Koran is the authentic message of God. Everything in the message is then true.

The logical rule: If you know the law is true, it would be very unwise not to follow it.

A good person with one shortcoming

There is a man who is very kind and helpful. He is good not only for neighbours, friends and colleagues, but also for the animals and the environment. He has a good relationship with everyone except his mother. He is mean to his old mother; he does nothing good for her, constantly humiliates her and does not respect her at all.

Should the mother, despite his behaviour, consider him a good person?

That is almost the same as the relationship with God. Paradise is God's and the unbeliever or disobedient man has greatly damaged his relationship with God. He will not enter heaven, despite all his good deeds against humanity, animals and nature.

The logical rule: Do not expect any reward from the one you didn’t respect.

Salary without a contract

There was someone who likes cleanliness. He decided to clean the streets of the neighbourhood where he lives every day. He did that for a whole month and the neighbours were very happy. At the end of the month he went to the municipality and asked for a salary for his work. He also brought evidence to show that he did the cleaning. Would he, without a contract, be stated on the payroll of the municipality?

No, the municipality's answer could be that he doesn’t have a contract with the municipality and that he doesn’t meet all the municipality's obligations.

In the same way, no one can expect a reward from God without having a contract with God in advance and without fulfilling God's obligations. A contract with God is to have the intention to do good deeds for the sake of God.

The logical rule: Performing good deeds will only be rewarded if a contract has been concluded in advance.

Live the total freedom!

There are natural rules, legal rules and social rules, always and everywhere. Everyone is expected to follow those rules. You must take gravity into account, you must take traffic rules into account, you must take school and work rules into account, and you must take into account general rules of conduct. These rules are accepted by more or less everyone. The laws of God are ordinary rules to govern our lives and relationships.

The logical rule: Unlimited freedom is an illusion. Accept the limitation of your freedom and respect the rules, including those of God.

Being flexible with the rules

Your holiday in Turkey was shorter than expected and you still have Turkish money. You go to an amusement park in the Netherlands and pay for the tickets with the Turkish lira you have. You showed at the cashier that the value of the Lira’s is equal to the value of the tickets in Euros. Is there any chance that you may enter the amusement park?

The rules for entering Paradise are set by God and no one but God can change them. Everyone must learn and respect those rules.

The logical rule: The rules are set by the owner and you can’t simply change or simplify them as you wish.

Apply the favourable law!

Do you know how much was the income tax in the 1960s? It was a lot less than todays’. It is useful if you pay the tax according to the law of the 1960s. Go ahead and try that with the Tax Authorities, or not?

The old tax law, from the sixties, is no longer valid.

God revealed the Torah and at that time it was valid. He then revealed the Gospel and adjusted the rules, and then only the Bible was valid. In the end, God revealed the Quran, and with it He changed the laws and rules. Today only the latest laws (rules of the Quran) are valid to enter the kingdom of heaven.

The logical rule: Only the last rules are valid and nobody can choose which law he applies.

A special book!

All books have different versions. They have been modified, something has been added, something has been removed and something has been changed. They got 1st edition, 2nd edition and another inevitable change due to a new discovery or because their language became incomprehensible to the new generations.

Yes, except the Arabic Quran. The Quran is not just a book. It has existed in its only version in the world for 1400 years. Muslims have different languages and live in different countries. They have different movements and some of them no longer want to follow Islam. They were the rulers of the largest state in the world for hundreds of years. They had the knowledge and prosperity. They had a lot of enemies and they were then divided, oppressed and become slaves.

All kinds of situations and circumstances that made it possible for abusers, scammers, believers and enemies to change the Quran have already been there. Yet nobody could change one word in the Quran. Check it out yourself, there is only one version of the Quran. But how is that possible?

The logical rule: What God says in the Quran, He fulfils. “We are the One who sent down the exhortation (the Quran). And indeed, We are certainly the keepers over that." Translation of Quran 15: 9

Stay with what you know!

Many people are afraid of the change. They feel safe with what they know and are used to. That is why domestic violence is still a major problem. Many women do not run away from their partner despite the mistreatment. They are afraid of the unknown future. This weakness comes from the wrong upbringing, which makes them hesitant and without self-confidence.

We are against that. We say you should evaluate based on facts, consider the possibilities and make a wise decision. Don't be afraid to make the right decision.

The logical rule: Be smart and remember that the sheep are afraid of the wolf all their lives, while they will be slaughtered by the shepherd.

Accept the will of God!

Do we have to accept the will of God, or not?

Yes. But how do people know what God really wants?

Some say: Nothing can happen without the will of God. When I get sick, I don't take medicine because I have to accept the will of God.

That is actually very wrong.

The will of God is much broader than just the direct events. Perhaps through the illness, God wants to encourage us to study medicine and chemistry. Or maybe God wants to show how weak a person is, so that he won’t become arrogant. Or maybe He wants someone to stay at home for a few days, to let him feel the love and concern of the family and to make their relationship even stronger. No one can say for sure what the will of God really is. It is certainly the will of God that the medicine can cure people, isn't it?

There are actually countless examples of situations where we get something and do something for it, without linking it to the will of God; for example, everyone gets hungry. Is that the will of God? Then why do people eat? And the plants only grow if God wants to. Then why do the farmers work?

On the other hand, we must accept the will of God. If someone falls ill and the medication doesn’t help, we must accept it and not be angry with God. If, due to weather conditions, a farmer’s plants die, despite his concern, he must accept that and not be angry with God.

The logical rule: Use everything that God has given you in a good way and then accept the will of God.

Peeking at someone

Everyone who wants to step into a dark room will first try to discover the road from the door and perhaps he would try to find the light switch. Nobody will jump immediately in an unknown environment. Discovering and exploring are always useful to avoid accidents.

If you think there is nothing after death, or if you think that dying is a good way to end the misery of life, take a look at someone who is dying. That is almost the same as peeking at someone who goes into a dark room while you are still standing in the safe lit corridor. The last minutes give a good feeling about how easy and safe or difficult and dangerous the departure of life is!

Have you ever experienced that yourself, or have you heard that from others?

The presence by a dying person until his/her death was a very frightening experience for many!

There must be an explanation for this experience!

Yes, there is.

The logical rule: Smart people do not play with their own lives and destiny, nor do they jump into the unknown.

Advice: Be prepared, don't be surprised.

Trust in the righteous and merciful God

God is righteous. Do not think that He will punish you for someone else's sins, or that he will ever punish someone else for your sins, or that He ever did. Believing alone is not enough. In addition to faith, good deeds must be done and with good intention too. The good deeds are the deeds that He (God) has described as good. The rules of God apply to everyone and must be respected by everyone.

In addition, we must realize that every person makes mistakes and has shortcomings. It is not up to us to judge people. God does the judgment on the Day of Judgment. God, our Creator, knows us and knows our intentions. He knows whether we have done our best or not. He is the Merciful and does not burden anyone more than his capacity.

People suffer from the absence of God and the true faith in their lives. They really don't know what they are missing. The true knowledge is there. Just read what God wants to say to us in the Quran. It is not for nothing that He sent messengers one after the other and He has guarded the Quran for us for a reason.

There is a better way. Then society doesn’t have to change the laws to legalize euthanasia and to simplify the sale of drugs.

Our message is simply: thinking logically and following the facts. You can use this site as a guide to a happy life. The next step can only be determined and made by you.

Good luck.
