Where do we come from and why

Are "why" and "how" really necessary?

I want to enjoy and be happy. Why do I have to think about my existence and its purpose?

Yes, you are right. This is a legitimate question and deserves a clear answer. But you must be able to understand that being happy is a certain way of thinking and living. We can only explain the happiness way after understanding the important background information.

There are many examples of painful or difficult situations that make people happy and feel happy. People are used to it and consider that situation "normal". Giving birth is a good example. Some children ask: why do women do that when it is so painful? The muscle pain after a heavy workout is another example. Was that training really necessary then? How can someone be enthusiastic about taking his / her young child for the painful injection of the vaccination? In spite of the pain, how can a child laugh and be happy if a milk tooth falls?

In those "painful" moments people can be happy because they know that the pain is temporary and that certain difficulties are inevitable for a better future. Their knowledge eases the pain and gives them the necessary acceptance.

That is why understanding the purpose of our existence is very important to live happily. No one, including us, can assure you of a life without difficulties, without pain and without sorrow. But if you take a broader view of life and understand the purpose of your existence, you can sometimes be happy despite the difficulties. You will sometimes accept the difficulties positively, you may be sad but not depressed and you will confront problems with confidence.

Religion is not for me

"The purpose of life" and "our existence"! It is moving in the direction of religion! I do not want that. I had enough of the religion. All that misery and history was more than enough! These are facts, or not?

Yes, we are going to use nothing but facts and logic in our site.

We are going to talk about the facts. We know almost no greater misery in history than the two world wars. The first war had more than 10 million victims and the Second World War had more than 55 million victims. Were these religious wars?

The Indians in America were once a population group with more than one hundred million people. By the Europeans (now claimed themselves Americans) their number has dropped to a measly one million. Was that a religious war?

No, we don't think so. The two world wars and the mass murder of the Indians were carried out out of abuse of power. Wars by and for religion were and are still there. Although, religion is also used as an excuse, not as an actual motive or weapon.

Why do we now hate religion but not power? We are not going to discuss about that now. It is clear that religion is not different than all other things in life, people can also abuse religion. Religion must certainly be viewed rationally and thoroughly, there is no reason for blind disapproval or acceptance.

We continue with the facts and logic. Feel free and don't be afraid of new thoughts if they are based on facts.

The law of cause and effect

The law of cause and effect is an important scientific law. When testing an explanatory hypothesis, it is important that the cause and the effect are actually related. In criminal law, cause and effect are anchored in the doctrine of causality.

The science of forensic investigation as a whole is based on causality. The experts can determine not only the perpetrator but also his characteristics through traces left behind. They can say whether the perpetrator is strong or weak, tall or short, smart or stupid, experienced or not and so much more.

In physics, the first main law states that energy and matter can’t be lost or arise from nothing. According to this physical law, the universe, the energy and the laws of nature in the universe can’t come into existence by nothing. In other words, scientifically, there is a maker for the universe and that maker has determined the properties of matter in the way we see it.

We are not going to give a name for that maker now.

Nature is the maker

There is a family of a husband, wife and three children in the ages of 1 year, 6 years and 18 years. The parents had been outside and saw a lot of junk in the kitchen on their return, someone had baked eggs. Oil has been spilled on the floor, the door of the refrigerator is still open and there is egg on the floor. The eggs have been eaten and the pan and bread are on the table. Who do you think is the "perpetrator" of this scene? Could you consider nature as the perpetrator?

Everything is possible, or not?

Yes, theoretically anything is possible, but how big is the chance that nature has caused this mess? Despite the "too" small chance, the word "nature" may not be used. Simply because the word "nature" doesn’t specifically point to something. The term "nature" consists of many things. The natural elements (water, fire, earth and wind) come in dozens of forms.

To keep the discussion short, we are going to engage a group of specialized forensic investigators. Do you think they will blame "nature" or its elements for the event above? No. Nature always works without planning and therefore can’t commit a crime. If a branch of a tree breaks off due to the wind, there is no planning. And if someone is injured by that falling branch, there is no crime.

There is nothing simpler than a fried egg and yet nature can’t be the maker! That is a clear logical conclusion.

From studying the universe one can (as in a forensic investigation) determine the characteristics of the "perpetrator". He is, for example, "strong" because very strong materials are made, "large" because the universe is very large, "with broad knowledge" because we still find scientific discoveries and "wise" because everything is arranged in a useful way. An example: All materials shrink when cooled, while the water begins to expand from 4oC . The ice is then lighter than the water and floats on the water. In this way the ice forms a protection and insulation layer on the water. The plants and animals continue to live in the water (4oC) despite the cold winters.

Thinking about life

What is our position in this world? Are we descended from monkeys? Then why don't monkeys commit suicide? Almost no animal actually does that. Does that mean that the animals are more developed than humans?

We have a valuable organ, our brain. We can achieve a lot through logical thinking. But there is one major obstacle, namely; we have many thoughts which aren’t facts. The thoughts are the input of the brain and if you put incorrect input in the program, you will get incorrect results and conclusions.

As a begin, let's take a look at the Evolution Theory according to our simple logic:

  1. The protein is the basic raw material of all organisms. All the available protein is of an organic origin, that means that it doesn’t exist in nature without life. That means that there was no protein in nature to make the first living cell. It is impossible to make something from a raw material that is not available.
  2. The first living cell can’t be considered as a simple form of life. Smaller is harder te produce. Large robots can be made, but producing a microscopic robot is still impossible.

A functioning microscopically living cell is more difficult to produce than a large living cell and therefore it can’t be the beginning of life.

  • The Natural Selection is an important basis of the evolution theory. Because of this basis, only the most suitable specimens can survive and reproduce. But despite the Natural Selection, the weak young members of the herd can always survive and grow to form the new generation. This is proof that many other factors play a role, and make the effect of Natural Selection very small and limited.
  • Making two types (female and male) per specie is more difficult than making one type. Moreover, those types make reproduction and survival a lot harder. There is no explanation in the theory of evolution for how and why the living species consist of female and male types. Those types are actually not necessary and should not exist.
  • Each generation receives the hereditary characteristics through the genes of the parents. Science proves that the genes of the offspring are an exact copy of the genes of the parents. The living organisms grow according to the genes and that how they get their properties. Only after growing do they come into contact with the environment.
  • The DNA is complicated and the exact consequences of changing it can’t be 100% predicted. The scientists expect no better DNA than the healthy DNA. That is why the mutation is always undesirable. The evolution through "good mutations" is a non-scientific concept that in realty doesn’t exist.
  • The natural elements such as weather conditions always have a destructive effect. That is why aging is inevitable and maintenance is necessary. The natural elements don't build anything because they don't make planning. We see the planning in all the details of growing. The chick gets feathers while it is still in the egg. That is planning. The embryo in the womb gets eyes while it is in a dark environment. That is planning. It also gets lungs while swimming in amniotic fluid and never knowing the air. That is planning for the future. Life follows precise planning. There is no unintended coincidence.

A big conclusion

In short, the very small living and functioning cell is not a simple form of life but is the most difficult way to make life. A living cell contains very complex systems and improving them is too difficult. Therefore the maker can’t be the destructive nature, but it must be aware and capable and have a lot of knowledge.

Many scientists have declared evolution theory invalid. In this first step we did that too, not on the basis of faith or the like, but on the basis of facts and simple logic.

It doesn't have to be difficult and complicated to draw big and important conclusions. But why haven’t we discovered this conclusion before?

That's because we learned that theory at a very young age. At that time we were unable to organize those logical thoughts and we couldn’t discuss them with our teachers.

Defending the theory

It is stated above that there is no good mutation. Any random change in the genes will lead to problems. But we know that the environment has an effect on the living cell; an example is the bacterium, which can sometimes be immune to certain drugs. How does that happen?

This immunity is a kind of "adaptation" that can happen if the medicine was insufficient to kill the bacteria. But how does that work?

First we must know that not all types of bacteria are sensitive to the antibiotics used. And the bacterium is neither stupid nor simple. It lives and does all activities at a very high level.

If a type of antibiotic comes into the environment, the bacterium takes many measures to protect itself. Some may pump the antibiotics away or may limit the permeability of the membrane. Others can neutralize the antibiotics or avoid the harmful effect on themselves.

The sensitive bacterium learns some techniques from the insensitive bacterium and tries to profit from it. If the course was too short, the surviving bacterium will pass on the experience to the new generation.

Sometimes the sensitive bacterium grabs some of the genes of a deadly insensitive bacterium.

In this way the bacterium gets resistance to a kind of antibiotics. It is actually a kind of adjustment and certainly not evolution. Why isn't that evolution?

  • The change is very limited. The type of bacteria doesn’t change. Just look at the vaccination against the flu virus. A new vaccination must be made every year because the virus has been slightly modified. But it remains a flu virus. The type doesn’t change.
  • The gene used doesn’t originate from nothing. It already exists in the other insensitive bacteria.
  • The bacterium (single-celled) doesn’t get any new organs.
  • The adaptation happens in the life of the bacterium and not later.

Could a monkey-like, due to circumstances in his life, be able to change to a human? No, because adaptability is limited. The type of the organism doesn’t change.

The theory and school

The evolution theory is 150 years old. It will remain a theory and never become a fact. After discovering the DNA and chromosomes, there is no scientific basis for this theory anymore. The living organisms follow the growth and functioning program, which is in the genes and that has been taken over from the parents. The organisms fit well with the environment because the maker made them that way and not because there is natural selection.

There is no practical use of that theory. Whether we are descended from a monkey-like ancestor or from something else, that will certainly not provide any scientific benefit. Yet this outdated theory is still taught as a truth for young children. Not because this knowledge is necessary for them at this age, but to avoid discussion and to be able to present a theory as a "fact". That theory is intended solely to build a barrier between people and God.

Being sure of that conclusion

For making the bird feathers, the following properties must be known: strength, weight, length, shape, colour, where the long feathers and where the down grows, when they grow, how they grow, which chemicals are needed to produce them, how do they supported, how they receive food and oxygen, how they feel, how they move, how could they replaced, how they are protected from the weather and much more. That is very complicated. The production certainly needs a lot of knowledge and precise plans. That is a scientific fact. A smartphone does not come from nature and a living bird does not come from nature either.

The conclusion is: The living organisms have a conscious maker, who has designed and made them according to a precise schedule. Is that maker God? We cannot say that, because we now only follow science, facts and logic.

There is a great value to this conclusion. We want to live happily and successfully. That is why we must study the maker and his plans and see if he still has any effect on us.

The properties of the maker

As we said earlier, one can find the perpetrator from his traces left behind in a forensic investigation. And we can also determine the characteristics of the perpetrator from his deeds.

Mankind has been studying life and the environment for thousands of years. The scientists are still discovering how everything is made accurate, perfect, balanced and for a specific purpose. That makes it clear that the maker is wise, has very broad knowledge and follows logic.

If you look at the beautiful birds, if you see the green fields, the flowers and the trees with their different colours and shapes, you realize that the maker appreciates beauty. And when we look at the whales and the remains of dinosaurs, we realize that the maker is big and powerful.

We also see how beautiful is the relationship between every mother and her children, how she treats them with love and gentleness. This is how the maker made her. He is therefore merciful and patient.

Wars, disasters, illness and pain

Above are beautiful qualities, and where does the pain and misery in the world come from?

They mainly come from three reasons: The first is the absence of good. The maker has made good and beautiful things. Sometimes the good is not used, and then we see the bad things. Without light it is dark, without heat it is cold, without knowledge there is ignorance, without justice there is injustice, without mercy there is brutality, without generosity there is greed.

The second reason is the life cycle: This life is arranged on a temporary basis. Every individual receives a small part in this life and must then give space to another. Without illness and death there would be no movement.

The third reason is to warn us: Feeling is an important sense. When people feel pain, they are warned of the dangers in order to be able to protect themselves early or to limit the damage. If someone unintentionally puts his hand in hot water, he immediately feels dire pain. This pain warns him of the danger of the hot water.
